ADMINISTRATION
 
Position:Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Facility/Program:Administration
Classification:Full-Time
Description:Provide support to the Executive Director and serve as liaison to the board of directors. Purchase and monitor use of agency office supplies, furniture, and equipment. Oversee vendor agreements for all agency office equipment.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years related experience required. Notary public preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel). Knowledge of NYC contract requirements preferred.

DROP-IN CENTERS
 
Position:Maintenance
Facility/Program:All Locations
Classification:On-Call
Description:Responsible for keeping the facility clean, safe and in good operating condition.
Qualifications:High School diploma or GED required. Maintenance experience. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds; flexibility in scheduling, including some holidays. Drivers license required.
Starting Salary:$10/hour

Position:Cook
Facility/Program:All Locations
Classification:On-Call
Description:Responsible for ensuring that eligible residents receive nutritious meals daily. Maintain the kitchen in compliance with New York City health codes.
Qualifications:Experience cooking for large groups.High School Diploma or GED and Food Handler’s certificate. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Starting Salary:$10 / hour
 
 
EXTENDED STAY FACILITIES
 
Position:Director of Operations
Facility/Program:Hallets Cove House
Classification:Full-Time
Description:Responsible for ensuring that the operations of the residence, which include maintenance, repair, fire safety and security, are in compliance with all the requirements of Urban Pathways and with all other regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:Minimum of HS diploma or GED required. Appropriate building, facilities, and systems, technical and administrative experience. Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. Some social services experience desired. Fire Safety Director Certification.
Starting Salary:Mid 40's

Position:Program Director
Facility/Program:Hallets Cove House
Classification:Full-Time
Description:Responsible for the daily administrative and clinical operations of the residence and ensuring the provision of quality care to tenants.
Qualifications:Master’s Degree in Social Work, or other related field required. 5 years experience working with mentally ill/MICA adult population including supervisory and administrative experience. Familiarity with OMH regulations and low-income tax credits.

SAFE HAVEN
 
Position:Cook
Facility/Program:Hegeman Safe Haven (Brooklyn)
Classification:Part-Time
Description:Responsible for ensuring that eligible residents receive nutritious meals daily. Maintain the kitchen in compliance with New York City health codes.
Qualifications:Experience cooking for large groups.High School Diploma or GED and Food Handler’s certificate. Must be available for weekend coverage (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday).

Description:Responsible for providing direct supervision to on-site maintenance, security, and shift personnel. Assist in monitoring the site and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for the clients.
Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED. Valid NYS Security license, NYS Fire Guard License, NYS Fire Safety Coordinator Certificate required. Supervisory experience required. Drivers License required.
Starting Salary:$15.35 / hour

Position:Case Manager

Description:Provide clinical and case management services for his/her caseload as well as for maintaining the charts.Performs crisis intervention, assessment, advocacy, negotiation, referral and case planning activities with safe haven clients as needed.
Qualifications:BA in Social Work or a related field.Two years experience with mentally ill, formerly homeless population required.

SCATTERED SITE
 
Position:Case Manager Supervisor
Facility/Program:Scattered Site
Classification:Full-Time
Description:Responsible for supervising case managers and ensuring that psychiatric rehabilitative goals of residents are met while adhering to all appropriate DOMH/OMH and agency regulations.Travel/field work is required.
Qualifications:Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related field required. 5 years experience with mentally ill, MICA population, including 3 years supervisory. Experience working in a scattered site setting and familiarity with DOMH/OMH regulations.
