Urban Pathways has three projects with funding commitments but not yet in predevelopment.
Residence Seven (temporary name)
Urban Pathways has a second funding opportunity from DOHMH and HPD to develop a 62-unit, mixed-use supportive housing
residence for formerly homeless adults living with mental illness and workforce housing with community preference.
Urban Pathways will reserve approximately 70% for the special needs population, with a preference for qualified homeless
veterans. We have identified property and we are in the process of negotiating the acquisition.
Residence Eight (temporary name)
Urban Pathways has secured another funding opportunity from OMH to develop a mixed-use supportive housing
residence, designed to serve low income New Yorkers and formerly homeless adults recovering from mental
illness.
