Funded by the Business District Council, these teams conduct outreach from 35th Street to 41st Street and from Fifth Avenue
to Ninth Avenue. We offer clients referrals and transport to appropriate services including drop-in centers,
shelters, safe havens, detox/rehab facilities, and medical facilities. Many of the clients encountered in this
program can be found in Penn Station day and night. Clients with an extensive history of living on the streets are
referred to a Manhattan Outreach Consortium team to be placed into permanent housing.
