As the summer winds down and we move into the fall, stores around the city are in full back to school mode. Parents and students alike pack malls and their favorite stores to get their hands on that must have shirt, jean, or book bag.

Many New Yorkers do not have the luxury of going to their favorite store and purchasing that must have item that everyone is talking about or wants. Urban Pathways serves those at-risk and homeless individuals that want to get off the street and into their own residence with their own set of keys.

Many of these clients do not have jobs but need basic necessities that can help them reacclimate into society or get that job that that helps them get back on their feet. We are looking for donations of:

– New Undergarments (socks, briefs, panties, bras, undershirts, tank tops.)

– New Toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrushes, floss, soap, hygiene products, towels, razors, clippers, etc.)

– New or gently used “Career Gear” (suits, slacks, blazers, shirts, ties, shoes.)

– New or gently used Coats (winter jackets, parkas, etc.)

If you are interested in donating please email development@urbanpathways.org for more information. If you would like to donate please click here.
